Ian heads up Benchmark Business & Commercial Sales franchise division and has been involved in franchise sales since joining Benchmark back in 2005. As a “Specialist Franchise Broker” Ian is 100% performance based so he works hard and applies his knowledge, dedication and professionalism to achieve the best results for his clients. Ian regularly interacts with a network of professional advisers such as Solicitors, Bank Managers, Accountants, Development Managers, State Managers and Master Franchisors to not only help assist with the sales-process for either a buyer or seller, but also to stay on top of any changes within the franchise industry. Ian is also engaged to sell non-franchise businesses from time to time such as; Transport, Commercial Property, Retail, Islands, Wholesale Distributors, Automotive & Manufacturing to name a few, with successful results. Ian is happy to speak with all buyers or sellers to assist them through the process of selling or buying a business. Outside of business broking, Ian enjoys music (both as a musician and just listening to it) he and his family are very involved in Martial Arts, Basketball, Rugby League and personal fitness.
